“livefood dispatched separately from other items (in a rather posh looking box for livefood, i might add). Non-livefood items were fine. Waxworms were good. Small locusts arrived fine if in a bit of a sluggish condition - unfortunately despite adding fresh titbits they didn't seem to last long. Might not have been anyone's fault in particular. Quick dispatch.”

“Why would anyone send a basking lamp, via post without using protective packaging and having fragile item written on the packaging. Lamp delivered smashed in pieces, not surprising really! After over a week of emailing (also an item was not delivered, apparently consignment had been split by DPD) and having to send a package back with a smashed bulb in, I was asked if I would like the missing item resending, which I confirmed I did, for the very next day confirmation of a refund for the missing item and the smashed bulb. Unfortunately I will not be using internet reptiles again (this was my first time I used them) as anyone who thinks it’s acceptable to send a fragile item without any protective protection and having to email for a week with concerns and chasing up, which could be solved in a 5 minute phone call isn’t worth the hassle.”

“Exactly what I wanted. No messing around. Considerably cheaper than going to a shop and buying the items there and that includes taxes and delivery! Most definitely get my substrates again here and even maybe another setup for another snake but don’t know yet which species”

“Very good products, good price on the items that I compared and very quick delivery. The only reason I have marked as 4 stars not 5 is there was a mistake on my end when ordering and wanted to remove an item before shipped which they wouldn't do. It was absolutely fine returning and promptly refunded me but could have saved return postage cost by removing off order before dispatched. Otherwise great and will happily use again based on price and products.”
