“The products offered on the website and in store are fantastic and competitively priced, the staff are really friendly and helpful too. I've had mixed results from the live food subscription service regarding quality and missing boxes but that seems to be a different company that is being outsourced so I didn't detract any stars for this.”

“An incredible service; far cheaper than the high-street pet shops, so much so that we have signed up for a subscription with them as our sole food provider. We have never had a bad delivery from them, issue or reason to complain. Customer service is also very helpful. We have recommended it to our circle of reptile owners. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
