“Excellent customer service. Order very often from Internet Reptile. Good choice and stock levels. This time the uvb bulb I ordered was broken upon receipt. The packaging was all in good order so can only assume it had been dropped during transit. Contacted Internet Reptile via email and responded quickly and immediately sent out a replacement which arrived quickly and in good order. Could not ask for more. Excellent, well worth 5 stars.”

“I have been using this company for years, they stock a broad range of stock at great prices and they get it to your door as fast as possible. I've never had an issue with any of my orders so therefore cant comment on customer service - but after making multiple large orders each year and not having a single issue speaks for its self. “I placed a large order including pallet delivery. The communication to arrange delivery was excellent (organised by Ben). Everything was packaged well and arrived safely. I'm very pleased with the quality of all my items. I found the website very easy to navigate and they seemed to have a vast selection of everything I needed to set up my new bio active terranium. Prices we very competitive. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future and hopefully visit the store one day too.”

“Ordered crickets on Thursday, paid for 24 hour delivery and they turned up on Tuesday. Customer service staff were quite rude in their response. Crickets however were well packaged, very healthy and I am very pleased with them.”
