“Hi, there was nothing wrong with the goods but the delivery driver left them at our local post office and as I’m disabled by the time I got a lift to collect them they were thawing. I had to throw the rats away.”

“My last order was the new LuminIZE system from Arcadia reptile. The Pro T5, L.E.D bar and linking cable. This is a Christmas gift for my Son and his Dragon. So I didn't play around with it but as far as I can tell, it arrived undamaged. Weirdly the courier sent two drivers and two packages, I can only assume the items were dispatched from different locations. They arrived on time, same day within half hour of each other. In conclusion, they had the brand new product as soon as it was released and they got it to me in good time and good condition. You can't really ask for a better service than that can you.”
