“Not a happy customer.purchased a viverium which stated free delivery as it was over £200 when I checked out in basket it was £60 delivery as it had to arrive on pallet which I accepted as it was Christmas present for my son. However dpd delivered to my door by hand.when I mentioned the pallet to driver he stated they don’t deal in pallets.i feel this was false information and should be entitled to a refund as I was misold delivery method as it did not arrive on pallet therefore should have come under the free delivery.”
