“Decent quality however sometimes hide to find the measurements of the enclosures and the millipede enclosure could be more secure it's ok but I felt I needed to make my own adjustments”

“I ordered the t5 pro 12% and the reflector separately (thinking they came with the power cord etc.) and realised when I received it I realised it’s not the same as the kit. So they were happy to refund me and I went ahead and purchased the full kit instead. Thanks for being understanding!”

“Ordered the Exo Terra reptile cave, first one arrived broken they sent out a replacement and again it was broken but even worse than the first one. Sorted that out but also had another question and the customer service that I was emailing completely ignored the question and haven't heard anything from them since”

“Very pleased with my experience, on this occasion. Good price for items paid - UV strip and uvb/heat bulb for my tortoise table. Dispatched quickly. One box got squashed abut but due to the packing manner the bulb inside was absolutely fine. Never tried the own brand uvb bulb but my tort seems very happy basking under it.”
