“My first order, definitely not my last! Very happy with the speed of service, though I do feel there could have been a little more care taken with packing. 5 small items in a very large box but no packing material to prevent the bulbs from being tossed around during delivery process.”

“Excellent service.. always buy locusts for my beardie and they always come looking good.. not half dead like some others I have tried.”

“Love this place. I was getting so fed up buying from pet shops live food that was half dead and contained fewer crawlies than ever. From IR we get healthier and an abundance of live food. Fabulous, my gecko family are very happy.”

“This is one of the only websites where I've been able to find what I'm looking for - a 7% UVB replacement bulb! Once I found it, the process of ordering was super simple and it was delivered within a few days. Very quick and efficient service, very happy! Will definitely be a returning customer.”
