“A superb company. My absolute go to for reptile products. I've been using Internet reptile for years. I recently placed an order and they forgot to include one item in the delivery. I emailed and within 1 day they had sorted it out and replaced the missing item. I can't fault their service. Will always use them while they maintain this standard.”

“I was a bit gutted they used DPD local. Never arrived until gone 2pm the next day and on the brink of defrosting. But that's not their fault. My main issue is that I ordered mostly for the fluffs (3-5g) and received everything but the fluffs! Ended up having to go to a shop, which isn't easy at 20 miles away when working full time from home, during their opening hours. Bit gutted to only receive a partial order and the bit I wanted and needed most be missing.”
