“I placed an order recently and after receiving the order I found that my product was not fit for purpose as it was fitted with a european plug and there was no statement to say that this would be the case on the website and the photos used on the website clearly show a UK plug is fitted. I emailed the contact details provided on the website to make them aware and have been completely ignored. Not impressed at all.”

“I’m temporarily looking after a very lovely tortoise. I not that familiar with what they need to keep comfortable so I searched for bedding and found your website, You had a very generous offer for the product that looked like what my little pet would need. My parcel arrived in no time, very easy to order, very happy with all aspects of your service. Thank you”
