“Fab service, I couldn't get my snakes substrate from my usual reptile shop and hit a panic . ordered it from here and was cheaper and arrived within 2 days. No complaints, have a happy snake with a fresh tank in time for shedding.”

“I started a bug subscription which arrived but I was not happy with the fruit fly culture as it was completely empty and had leaked everywhere - have tried to contact customer service via live chat, email and phone and no answer and no reply to any of my emails 3 weeks later have cancelled my subscription- terrible service”
