“I’ve never ordered anything online before in terms of animals and the equipment that goes into taking care of them. Internet Reptile have a great range of products and the customer service is excellent! Several delivery options can be chosen from too - I have just purchased a second order with Internet Reptile and it will not be the last :) So far with my experience I have no comments on any improvement suggestions.”

“My first time ordering frozen food from IR, but unfortunately on the first purchase. Was left with the courier for a week! Then the second time I tried to get items re-sent! But although IR staff member was helpful the courier was apparently once again to blame? As I never got my frozen food a second time! Third time I spoke with staff about the matter, I decided to get a refund. Just bad luck! But a sliver lining - I've now found a reliable, local, quality supplier!”

“My ball python stopped eatting and was refusing every meal he was offered this continued for 8 months I ordered the recommended size from these giys and hes now 2 meals in and accepting the hoppers”
