“So pleased with the service I received using Internet Reptile! I have used them before for a smaller order, but their prices are near unbeatable and delivery is so affordable too! Everything arrived extremely well packaged with no breakages, even to the fragile cork bark that I must admit I was worried would crack in transit. Will definitely be using Internet Reptile again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional, quality and affordable service!”

“I ordered an incubator on a thursday and was sent an email from the seller and the courier saying it would be delivered the next day (friday). Stayed in all day and kept checking the tracking and suddenly mid afternoon it changed to it was being delivered the following monday!! Emailed the seller and eventually was told it was the couriers fault and they do it all the time................why not change couriers then?!! Would never order from this company again!!!!”
