“I had a problem with my order not arriving, (the courier was at fault).As soon as I contacted them about this they dispatched my order again which arrived the next day. Fantastic service and quick response to put a problem right.”

“Have used them for a long time and found that they have competitive pricing. They are usually also quick to sort out any enquiries, although one recent experience I found that it took a long time to address my issues. This so far has been a one off however. They also have a good rewards points scheme if you are a regular customer.”

“Rubbish Service. Multiple items arrived damaged. No real packaging. Customer service a joke. Bought it all again from Reptile Centre and it was much better. Worth the extra £2 they charged. Seriously - Customer service emails were barely in English. Had to chase for my refund .”

“Saw some pretty differing reviews about internet reptile. This was my experience. Contacted them asking a question about heat mats, revived an answer with 10 mins, continued the dialogue, at no point had to wait for an answer, so far so good. Ordered my heat mats and was worried I’d receive different heat mats form what I ordered (especially with the heat mat shortage at the moment) was also worried it would take weeks to arrive as had read some reviews about a lack of communication once order was placed. I placed my order, receive a confirmation email, then I received a dispatch email and after a couple of days my order arrived. Opened the box and the heat mats are exactly the ones I ordered. So i am very happy with my dealings with Internet Reptile and ill will 100% be using them again and will defo be recommending them. I’m also planning to mention them on a YouTube video and explaining my experience there. Thank you!”

“This was my first order with Internet Reptile. I ordered live food and substrate. The substrate arrived super quick but unfortunately my live food went missing in the depths of Royal Mail somewhere. But as soon as I let Internet Reptile know, they were on it in lightning speed and had my order sent out again and even upgraded it to tracked delivery. The communication was great, I can not fault them at all. The live food I received was fab. I will definitely order from here again.”

“Great web site. Easy to use. Huge variety of goods. I ordered wax worms for the thrushes in the park and they really loved them. The parcel was very well packed and good value. The worms were very healthy and wriggly!! Great value.”
