“I ordered the 'Bramles'hedgehog food as I have a 'resident' hedgehog in my garden, ('though he/she is able to roam wherever he/she wants.). The Brambles hedgehog food seems to be very satisfactory and I shall continue to buy it.”

“Ordered 100 xl locust, they were all of a good size, all alive, which was a pleasant surprise considering they came through Royal Mail. Also ordered basking bulbs, I was worried they’d be damaged but they arrived in perfect condition. I would use internet reptile again.”

“On website it says the bugs come straight from the farm. That's a lie. It's twice I've ordered from here and I won't again. Small tub of wax worms mostly all turning brown. Calcium worms all dead, No movement in any of them. Large tub of wax worms some are already brown with the rest of them extremely slow and have dead. The only thing that looked decent was the meal worms. Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Really good and competitive prices on products (during the November sale) and good quick despatch time, however a little disappointed in the packaging considering the size, value and number of items in my order. No filler packing, so all 12 products were loose in the oversized box and just one strip of "Fragile" tape around the exterior, meaning the parcel was received looking as though it had been opened (nothing missing though thankfully).”
