“Shocking service. Sent a tube light in inadequate packing and it arrived smashed. Ordered a tiny box of live food for £2.00 at the same time. Refunded the light bulb but refused to refund the p&p in full or part even though the packaging was poor because of the live food!!!! Will not use again!!!! Charging £4.95 p&p and didn't even use a reinforced tube, just a flimsy old used box.”

“This was my 1st order placed in readiness for my 1st baby ball python. I ordered based on the sizes recommended by the breeder and also used the web chat facility. I found the site to be user friendly and the service excellent. I received next day delivery and on a Friday which I was not expecting but was over the moon as having food in for him before we got him relieved my anxiety massively. I delayed writing a review as I wanted to check how he got on feeding - he’s doing great and has fed twice (3rd time today) is gaining weight nice and steady and will soon be on the next size up. Will definitely order again 😀”

“Quick delivery, good communication, I got a replacement,for my DHP bulb, clear instructions, and informed me by text if there is delayed or changes about the deliveries, I got all the live foods aswell and supplements here for my Leo, over all happy with the service, will buy here again,”
