“Ordered a uv bulb very easy on site, delivery was super fast and the packaging was the best id had, usually other companies send in a cardboard tube and smashed on delivery. Definitely 5*”

“Speedy delivery, it was a glass item (UV strip light for tortoise) was worried it may be damaged in transit but it was well packed and arrived undamaged and in good working order. Would use them again.”

“Used to be great. Standards have slipped recently. Placed a order on a Sunday with the website saying guaranteed delivery by Wednesday if opted for express delivery, which I did. Delivery arrived on the Friday, and was incomplete, despite the dispatched email stating it had all been sent out. When I emailed they said that not all items are sent out together. (Which I found odd as the dispatch email stated it had all been sent out) waited until Monday as still hadn't arrived so emailed again, to be told that the item has been sent out again. No apology. Its now Tuesday and I am still waiting on my last item. The live insects are also no up to the standard they used to be!”

“We are thrilled with this product and wanted them for storage. The maximum weight a box has held is a standard packet of 60 baby wipes and there was no bending of the box at all when stored flat or held up We needed a storage box to fit some narrow shelves to hold umbrellas, hats, gloves, masks, shopping bags and wipes brilliantly. They stack neatly and in line with each other due to the plastic guides on the top of the lid. The lid can be bent for partial opening, but if you don't bend it to begin with, the lid can stay flat when taking on and off the box. The lid has a satisfying click when on properly We have purchased these twice and intend to reorder again We love the perfect combination of the white box that hides the insides as the plastic is not too thin and the see through lid to enable you to see the contents. Can't recommend them enough and for value for money, this product is outstanding Extremely quick delivery and the 48 hour Rotal Mail tracked parcel did indeed arrive at 3.30pm within a 2.26 - 3.36pm slot. They have all arrived safely”
