“Kept me up to date with the order, however, failed to mention one of the items hadn’t arrived with the other products so had to take another trip to collect it. When this item was ready to collect, didn’t receive an email or text. I had to personally ask over the web chat”

“Always a brilliant experience with internet reptile! Will always be my go-to online store for any of my reptile / exotic needs. All of my Vivariums are from here, absolutely quality and quick delivery! Recently ordered bulk locusts and some hatchling tubs for my breeding geckos and they arrived the next day, perfect condition, not a single dead insect, over the moon with the quality of their items and the prices can’t be beaten! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would”

“Most of the locusts arrived dead, 12 out of 50 were alive! They’re also much smaller than the ones in the pet shops. I had a full refund but have to go out and buy locusts now!”
