“An incredible service; far cheaper than the high-street pet shops, so much so that we have signed up for a subscription with them as our sole food provider. “My original order for a uvb bulb arrived faulty. There was no quibble with the problem with the bulb from internet reptile. The process for returning the item was easy and a free service. Once the faulty one was received another was dispatched and received by me today. The new bulb is excellent and a good price”
