“I only ever use Internet Reptile, for all of my reptiles needs, from food to housing, to lights and toys. They always have a great range, at really competitive prices. The guys are really knowledgable, and care about what's best for you and your animal, as apposed to selling you the most expensive products. If you ever have an issue with a product they are really helpful, and willing to resolve your issue. I highly recommend this store. I am not being paid or rewarded in any way for my review”

“Order was completed and delivered very quickly. 2 light bulbs. Not brilliantly packed but seem ok. Unfortunately I’d ordered bayonet cap instead of screw fitting. Tried for 4 days to contact by phone to see about returning them, no answer. Emailed, had an acknowledgement but no further information. Have since managed to get an adapter from a local hardware store for a fraction of the price of one fromInternet Reptile, so no longer need to send them back. For completing the order and speedy delivery they get 5 stars, for customer after sales service I’d give them 1.”

“Poor. Received broken snake house. Items weren't protected in box. Took photos and messaged them straight away. They acknowledged but now heard nothing. Won't use snake house as will risk injury”
