“Always been my first stop for reptile supplies but I’ll unfortunately have to find an alternative as their customer service is very much lacking. I’m expected to pay for a return and delivery of a new order when the issue has arisen due to their lack of information in the description of an item. The response I received basically said it’s my own fault and I’ll have to pay for it. Disappointing.”

“Bulb arrived and didn’t work. They responded by asking for pic of my set up and temperature proof. Did that and they send they would replace when proof of return was sent. Now they say that when they receive it back they will then test it and send replacement. I won’t be purchasing here again. The box it arrived in wasn’t even labelled fragile and was cheaply packed.”
