“Great prices and customer service. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from them again due to issues I had with the courier being unreliable and two of the items being damaged, but Internet reptile were quick to respond to my complaint and issue a refund.”

“Internet reptiles them self’s are an amazing company customer service are really good to deal with Fair prices but the delivery company they use dx delivery are useless waited days for my delivery what was meant to come Monday and it’s not Friday and it’s still not arrived, it’s a shame really because I’ve shopped with internet reptile for years but I think I’ll look somewhere else from now on until they have another delivery company”

“I always go straight to IR for all my tortoises needs. They're absolutely amazing 👏 On this occasion I needed to stock up on basking floodlight bulbs, ordered them between Christmas and New Year and they arrived the next day! Once again Team IR, you've smashed it......and by that, I mean the service, not the bulbs 😆🫡”
