“Came in good time but badly packed and one of the jars of tortoise pellets had emptied into the box which meant they went everywhere when I opened it. Not a bad review as I don’t know how it was handled by the couriers but obviously not great for me.”

“I ordered sphagnum moss and with all substrate, it needs to be frozen or baked to ensure mites are not in the moss. However, upon opening my bag of moss I found several spiders inside. I felt absolutely awful as I was in the process of baking the moss, I can’t understand why such a big company isn’t doing something to ensure small critters aren’t harmed or LIVING in what they sell!”
