“I am really pleased with my recent first time orders, excellent selection of products, brilliant prices and well packaged. The delivery was also very quick most arriving just before Christmas and one package just after even though I missed the cut off. Which was amazingly helpful as I found myself suddenly taking in a Rankins Dragon and 2 Leopard geckos with non of the right equipment or housing. Thanks, Donna”

“Ordered the wrong items as the website directly me incorrectly, had to send some bits back. Annoying process where you have to email first, no way to do it online. Put on the email how the website directed me incorrectly so ordered the wrong stuff, that bit was ignored when they replied and I was just told how to return. I then had to pay £9 to post back. Will never use this apparent online company that don’t even have a decent return process”

“Came in good time but badly packed and one of the jars of tortoise pellets had emptied into the box which meant they went everywhere when I opened it. Not a bad review as I don’t know how it was handled by the couriers but obviously not great for me.”
