“Ordered some luve food and Uvb bulbs. Products are great and the delivery was swift. Only issue i had was with the delivery company. Box 1 of 2 was delivered fine but the driver had to "find"box 2 which was the UVB bulbs. I witnessed the driver just throwing boxes arround while searching. The Ubv bulb box was squashed once found, however due to them being well packaged, the bulbs were all safe.”

“Parcelforce didnt leave a card to notify me they had attempted to deliver. Did they even try? When I enquired about my order with internet reptile they couldnt help with where my order was. Poor communication and no reply to chase up emails.”
