“I ordered 2 items. Received an emailing confirming my order and that I would receive a further email when my items had been dispatched. After 3 days I chased this up and was told I would receive my items the next day. 2 days later my items arrived, one broken. I requested a refund and this was processed in 3 days. Really poor communication throughout the whole process, I won’t be using them again.”
