“this is my first time ordering with internet reptile and their service was fast and brilliant. I ordered two bulbs and one was unfortunately faulty- they responded to my email within a day with a postage label and sent out a replacement which arrived very quickly. Will definitely come here again, top service”

“1 item paid for “out of stock” the next day even though still for sale on website? Took over a week to deliver and had to send email to the company to chase delivery, by this point another item was also out of stock. Some of the boxes ordered were also damaged. Won’t be using again”
