“The locust was a lot smaller than I thought the wax worms was fine but the basking light I had it in for 5 minutes before it went and no longer works did try emailing to explain but it would not send”

“My frozen mice arrived defrosted - I’ve never had issues with buying frozen mice from other retailers. I won’t be ordering from internet reptiles again sadly as I think this is a common issue (going from other reviews on Facebook).”

“Everything went great it was my first time ordering frozen rats online as my local Pets at Home where struggling to get stock for a while now. Im glad I tried it because not only will i save a fortune the rats look much better and dont have a bad odour once defrosted which I have found sometimes the pets at home ones stink. Dont know if it matters but they came in a variety of colours unlike the pure white ones I usually get. Also got 3 reusable ice packs that will come in handy. I will always be ordering from here now.”

“Several times ordered frozen food for specified dates only to have them then arrive a day later or more, defrosted and useless. I then have to chase up both parties involved to get the same excuse every time( courier and company passing blame back and forth). Also often sending the wrong size/weight mice too!”
