“Great customer service! I purchased a number of items for our tortoises 2x UV tubes 6x basking flood lights The order process was ( as always ) straight forwards The order arrived quickly - within a feee we days. On arrival I found that one of the baking bulbs was faulty - it looked ok but I could hear the broken elements jingle inside. I emailed straight away and my account was credited without quibble. I would strongly recommend Internet Reptile as a reputable, reliable and knowledgeable trader. I’ve been a regular customer for 5 years - and will continue to be for many years to come .. once a happy tortoise owner finds a good supplier it’s likely to be a long long term arrangement”
