“I've made one order of locusts, they arrived quickly and in very good health. My gecko is in brumation so eating very little, these little locusts are still going strong. Very happy with Internet reptile and I will definitely continue to use them 10/10.”

“Was looking for weeks for a vivarium for my son but within our budget as he's 1 of 4 children. This ad appeared on Facebook, thought I'd check it out, checked trust pilot reviews etc. We decided it was worth a punt and wasn't disappointed. Ordered one evening, received 2 days later via DPD, everything well packaged, all working and complete. Looks great and our son is over the moon. Have already been recommending.”

“I gave it two stars because the heat mat did eventually turn up and it works. I ordered it on a Saturday and paid extra for the item to be delivered quicker (the website said by Tuesday)...but it had not even been dispatched until the day after it was due to arrive. And only then, I believe, because I emailed your company to check on it. Meanwhile, my gecko had no decent heating in his vivarium and I had to leave the house heating on in the living room all night during a spell of freezing weather. I did not get an apology just a matter of fact email saying it had at last been dispatched on the wednesday.... and it still did not arrive till Friday evening.... Not impressed.”

“I placed an order on the Friday before Xmas and didn't expect it until after the Xmas break. Was absolutely delighted to receive an email an hour later, saying item had been dispatched. Would like to say a huge thank you to the guys at Internet Reptile for their fantastic service. Myself, and my Python are extremely grateful to them for getting new UVB bulb to us so quickly.”
