“I normally love using Internet reptile but my last order took a week to arrive. I had to go out and buy some food for my lizards whilst waiting on my delivery. Once I place my order with you I normally receive my items in about 3 days so was not sure if it was down to you or royal mail. I could not find a number to call you on”
