“The products are all really high quality! I’ve ordered 90% of my cresties supplies from here and they are all amazing. The springtails and woodlice were all very much alive and are exploring the terrarium before I move my crestie in his new home!”

“Only given 4* as the the oak tronchos was broken into several pieces on arrival, internet reptile issued a returns label but I couldn't be arsed to mess about returning. So shall not be ordering anymore branches from them. The risk of them arriving intact is too high in my opinion due to the lack of care from courier services”

“The vivarium i ordered came scratched. I complained and asked for a replacement part or partial refund. they issued me shopping a voucher which i don`t want/need. They just ignore my messages, very unprofessional”
