“The order was sent in two boxes. One of the boxes didn’t arrive the first time. And I had to wait for an extra week to receive the rest of the products. But the team was helpful and managed to sort out the issue.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery and they never dispatched it until I chased it up on the second day and even that wasn’t easy as you can’t call them. You have to do it through a messaging service that took seven hours for a reply.”

“I have shopped with them a couple of times although after my last experience I won't be shopping with them again. I paid extra for delivery to be within 1-2 days. I placed the order on a Saturday morning but didn't receive my order until Thursday afternoon. The box had a big hole & the disinfectant had been squashed at the top so leaked a little.I emailed them but they haven't been interested in my complaint just kept asking for me to review the so called support I received which was nonexistent. I am extremely disappointed & angry. Customer service is appalling.”
