“Rude and useless customer care. Paid for 24 hour delivery, no tracking number was given at the time of ordering and the parcel turned up 3 days late while I wasn’t home… it was then stolen off my doorstep. Customer service don’t cover theft from property and advised “customers should be home to receive delivery”. Really unhelpful response given the context of my situation!! Won’t be ordering from here again.”
