“Didn't send my full order, and when I contacted them.. they refunded me without offering to send the missing items, meaning I have had to pay another lot of postage. When asked if they could send the items I was told no I have to re order next time. Poor service”

“I found my first experience of ordering excellent. Registration was simple and ordering was easy. Communication was well maintained via email and text. Delivery was swift and my order was very securely packaged. The frozen products were extremely well insulated and arrived in the same condition as if I had just removed them from my own freezer. Overall, a great transaction.”

“I have had trouble with my car and couldn't get to a shop so ordered some. They all arrived on the day promised and all were alive. Not one fatality. Very healthy crickets. My cane toads and gecko thank you 😊”
