“My order was received on time and was good value for money compared to other websites. The order, which was for spotlight bulbs, was packaged very poorly. They were in a box with no infilling which obviously enabled them to move about within the box during delivery-time will tell if the bulbs last as long as they should do if they work at all.”

“My parcel came before expected which was amazing as i only ordered it a few days before that, the product i bought was absolutely amazing it’s replaced my old lighting system and lights my tank perfectly i onky wish i got the second unit to fully light it up but is practically that at the moment so can only imagine how great it will look, your website is very extensive in what you sell which is better than every single pet shop suppliers close to 20 miles around me”

“Order came within 2 days of making order only thing that puts me of is it will cost about £20 to return a viv because I bought the wrong size but other than that good quality vivs and great piece of cork bark for the price”

“Delivery time is a little hit or miss and they're not overly helpful when chasing up. But i dont think this is their fault as i do believe they're just giving all the information they have. But overall prices are good, stock levels are often pretty low but thats to be expected in these times.”
