“Internet reptile was quick and easy to use. I found checkout easy which you don't always get with online shops. My only problem was that the search option wasn't as easy and it kept coming up with things i didn't search for”

“My parcel came in good time, I ordered quite a lot of stuff and everything came. They came in two parcels but they arrived at the same time and in good condition with no breaks, which I’m happy about The only thing I must say is there aren’t really dimensions on a lot of the items on the website, for example I bought the small habba but and it was a lot smaller than I was expecting, same with a medium branch I bought, they are fine it’s just they are smaller than I expected All electronics I bought worked fine and came in good condition which is important to me I would buy from Internet reptile again as their prices are really good but item descriptions could be better :)”

“As the owner of a bearded dragon forum of over 18,000 members Internet reptiles is one of the companies we always recommend for fair prices and quality products . I would normally give than a 5 star rating , but on this occasion the bran substrate that's supplied with live feeder insects was all loose inside the main box having tipped out from a plastic container that was not fully closed. This then ended up all over the floor of my study on opening the package . A minor problem fixed with a vacuum cleaner but none the less inconvenient .”
