“Prices are great, quick delivery and great help if something arrives faulty. Only downfall is the delivery cost and they don't usually stock a lot of things we need at the same time.”

“Good service, everything came however it was separately posted as it come from different places. I messaged on Facebook messenger after one receiving half my order and the response I got seemed a bit snotty. Wasn’t bad service though and at least now I know for next time that things might come from different places and sent separately!”

“I received my order in a very timely manner. When I had a query about my order (as they came in two separate deliveries but this hadn’t been communicated), I received a quick response. Everything works perfectly and looks great. We have 1 very happy tortoise!”

“Normally quick and efficient with deliveries and responses to any queries. Last order seemed to have some miscommunication between Internet reptile and courier. However this only resulted in a delay of one day so no major issues. Great all round and would recommend.”
