“My 1st order of Locusts had quite a few dead on arrival. Contacted via email with pictures and they refunded me the whole box. Great service so I now order my live food on their subscription service weekly and it’s easy to manage and alter as we require.”

“Good service but would be better if yous could deliver on a weekend as I work Monday to Friday and can’t always be in for delivery I have to then get it delivered to somewhere else but can’t always rely on others to be in for MY DELIVERY which means sometime I run out of live food for my lizard on Friday I then have to wait till Tuesday for my order”
