“I received the vivarium which was good although one corner was chiped the light I got uvb did not work I tried to get into touch but nobody was listening to me and I had to buy a new ball which worked okay from a different supplier so the bulb they sent me was useless and I did not get any refund or compensation for this so be careful if you are buying bulbs from them as I think they are old stock”

“Amazing service, I used the chat option as i needed help with my gecko setup . I needed a heat lamp light , uvb light and a dimming stat . Talked me through what I needed , what would be best and was happy to answer my questions .
