“I have made a few orders and i find that the items are all affordable and get delivered on time. The only issue I've had is that when i order frozen reptile food one or two items usually arrives defrosted which can be disappointing.”

“First time ordering as a surprise for my son who was hoping for a leopard gecko but I was always so put off by the sheer cost of it all. Very accidentally stumbled across Internet Reptile when Google searching Vivariums and saw one on offer with them. Size, perfect and in black like we wanted and surprisingly a lot lower in cost than others I'd seen. Did another Google search for reviews as had a lot to order and didn't want to be buying from a dodgy site. All reviews were so good and gave confidence to go ahead. Ordered Viv, ceramic lamp, lamp cage, bulb, uvb light, thermostat, thermometer, substrate, moss, water dish, shedding cave, basking cave, coconut hide, faux plants, calcium powder and vitamin powder and even live feed! Found the same brands as my daughter's second hand set up we already had so felt safe knowing they were quality and trusted products. The whole order far less than the local garden centre were I'd thought we'd have to get all supplies from. Delivery was really quick, sooner than expected, packed really well and everything is perfect. Would 100% use them again and 100% happily recommend them.”

“Received order quickly . Only problem was that there was one item short. However I still have the view that the service received was excellent because I had an almost immediate response to my email highlighting the problem and an instant solution to the missing item. Reassuring to know that things are sorted immediately when there's a problem without any fuss. Would recommend.”
