AVOID This terrible company. I would put 0 if I could. So i booked delivery service with interparcel via fedex for a parcel to be shipped internationally. I paid the agreed price for this parcel of £170 since it was a big box. All went smoothly I packed the box a perfect cube shape box (stated all correct measurements and weight all within the stated allowance), sent the parcel and it was delivered within a few days so I thought perfect that was good. 6 weeks later I receive a very vague email saying my parcel measurements were incorrect and I need to pay a fee of £248 because of this if i don't respond within 7 days they will just take payment??. They stated that my parcel had changed from 62x62x51 to 89x89x53 (Impossible as my box was a perfect cube shape and I am meticulous hen measuring). So I disputed this with them and asked politely for them to provide more information and proof of this massive change in size and ridiculous fee! I received a response stating they will not provide any evidence or they will not dispute it with the courier until I sent them evidence of the measurements (who takes pics of themselves measuring a parcel at all angles?). The dispute went on back and forth with emails and at one stage the person I was emailing literally copy and pasted the same email response to me. They flat out refused to provide me any evidence, answer any of my questions, dispute with parcel company for me nothing. Eventually they sent me an invoice which was very vague and had no company name on it. This invoice stated my parcel was also 84kg when it was 21kg? so my parcel also apparently quadrupled in weight and on the side of this invoice stated Oversize fee £49 yet they quoted me £248??. I emailed back and forth for around 2 months until they suddenly just threatened me with legal action if I did not pay even though they had not provided me any information or answered any of my questions the entire time, they were rude. They said if I don't pay by a certain date I would be taken to court, be given fees to pay by them and the email was super threatening. So they basically backed me into a corer provided no evidence provided no information were rude and not helpful whatsoever. They refused to explain the invoice they had sent me and how my parcel had magically expanded by almost 30cm and quadrupled in weight. Terrible company awful customer service charged me a fee of more than double the original cost with no clear answer. Please avoid these thieves.

Absolute mess dealing with this company. I sent a package abroad with a house number error. I tried to contact the company multiple times by phone but couldn't speak to anyone in their local office. So I emailed them and the delivery company with the correct address. I got no response and 2 months later the package was sent back to me and I was charged for it. In short, Christmas gift mailed in November, returned in March.

DO NOT USE INTERPARCEL!!! I will never, ever use Interparcel again. After going quiet for over 3 weeks, I chased them, called them, emailed them never a clear explanation about the parcel and then apparently was missed the labels. Absolutely, terrible service, they lie and will not respond to, or acknowledge any complaints. They are simply not interested in their customers and will take no responsibility at all for anything that goes wrong. They are only interested in taking your money and not give you back even if it’s their mistake. DO NOT USE THEM!

I’ve been a customer of Interparcel ever since I became an artist years ago and have always been very happy with the service up till now when something recently went wrong and I needed to ask for customer support. Have been asking customer services to help me obtain a refund since end of last week for a parcel which never made it to Florida. I paid £64 to ship it there. It spent a week missing in a depot, nobody knew where it was - customer services kept telling me it was in customs. It eventually turned out that the trackable label had come off, it was returned to me by UPS with the other label and customs documents intact. UPS had printed out a label with my address on and returned the parcel to me rather than printing out he customer’s address and sending the parcel to him as they should have done. The customer still wants his parcel. I can’t get a response, he’s been waiting for his item since 2 March. This is where I’m at, let down and going nowhere. Very frustrating as I’ve recommended Interparcel to everybody I know but am now in a position where I need to find a new courier service myself. I still need to send my parcel to Florida urgently but no longer trust Interparcel, my normal provider to get it there. So disappointed.

I wish I could give 0 star. I have booked interparcel service and the parcel hasnt delivered to my home country, I requested to them to get it back but nothing happen, I have been waiting for 4 months now but no body is doing anything, when we call to them they just saying they have made a request to fedex , but dont use this service to send your parcel, Its very worst service I have even seen.

Its more than 3 months i didn't received my parcel. I booked from london to india i didn't received yet its shows it under custom department no one help the customer service is rubbish very disappointed with this stupid seevice and i lost my parcel and money

Don't use this service. They are lying with customers and adviser are giving wrong information. I placed an order on 19 February and it was supposed to deliver within two weeks. The time mentioned was 08th March 2021. However, my parcel was not deliver in time. Today, customer adviser told me that parcel will be deliver on 16th march. This is fair, I paid for 2 weeks service not 4 weeks. For 10Kgs, I paid £62 for faster service (air cargo charge same amount for same day service) otherwise, it is very cheap to send parcel via ship. I am very unhappy with your service and false excuses. If your service is not guaranteed that you should close your business and refund the money. Interparcel website is not good and doesn’t have any informations about the product and services. don't use it. I don’t accept any explanation as you are lying with customers.

Interparcel quote transit times that are sometimes totally unachievable but when challenged they have no policy for compensation or even correcting the faulty web site delivery promises, they just continue mis-selling.

The service is very bad, I booked a parcel to send india in December 2020 they created wrong inoice and send to indian custom due to this stupidity indian custom department hold my parcel sinec december 2020 and its now end of february 2021 Interparcel customer team dis not corporate with me and not helping me to get back my parcel back.

I tried to enter a postcode '60452' in the Senlis city in France for the delivery address, but your system would not recognise it. There is no way of manually enter address in your system. So in the end I just gave up and used another courier.

DO NOT USE Interparcel.com They are now scamming there own customers by claiming the parcel weight was different, they provide no evidence what so ever and threaten you with Court Action with large legal bills and high interest! My parcel, booked via Interparcel, was picked up by Hermes on Tuesday 9th. Up until today, Sunday 14th, that parcel only made it 200 miles north of my location. And there has been no update for 3 days. I contacted Interparcel by chat and was told different stories ad to why they cannot contact Hermes to find out what's going on. I then called and instead of letting me explain the situation the customer service agent kept interrupting me rudely. Very very poor customer service!

It took 5 days and 4 phone call for the parcel to be collected after it was booked using the online system. When the diver arrived he didn't have the labels he should have had.

Parcel lost then found but still at depot apparently this was over 3 weeks ago. Absolutely awful when something goes wrong interparcel don't seem to want to know you are a number no urgency whatsoever. Ups at tamworth depot are exactly the same had bad reviews driver ain't got a clue.

Interparcel are great unless something goes wrong, then they deny all responsibility. We had been using them for several months and generally without incident, but then we had a couple of problems in a row and realised how disinterested they were in helping. We have had returns from sending packages to customers in the USA. Both times we have sent information requested by US customs (that was on the product box and paperwork, but hey) and the package has still been sent back. The second time a package had an info request, we gave the information, but instructed that if this was not accepted then the package must not be returned to us and we would not accept any return charges. The package was returned (without any notification), soaking wet and covered in soil (despite being handed to us directly. We had to destroy the contents losing more money, because we had refunded our customer. Interparcel now expect us to pay a return fee, despite very clear instructions not to return it. Interparcel have also refused to refund us for a Next Day by 9am delivery that was due to arrive on a Friday morning. It was pre-Christmas, so if it hadn't made it by 9am, but had made it Friday morning we would have been fine and could have lived with before close of play. The parcel actually arrived on Monday morning, well after our customer needed it, but apparently that isn't something we can be refunded for as it isn't there responsibility. In my business I sell things made by other people, but if they go wrong I replace them and take it up with the manufacturer later to hopefully get the money back. In the case of my customers in these transactions, they have been refunded and we have lost a significant sum on each transaction, this is not our fault, but it is not the fault of our customer either so why should they be penalised? Interparcel don't seem to subscribe to this fairly basic customer service principle and the main communication you get from them is from "Revenue Protection", which is really charming. We won't be using them again, so the "Revenue Protection" department haven't protected that revenue very well.

Terrible experience! Sent 4 parcels. One arrived. 2 got sent back (with correct address) and 1 lost! Will never use again and will NOT RECOMMEND! Useless company! Refusing to re-send the returned parcels claiming it was my fault, which is wasn't!

Shame I have to make a review as it’s my first time using them. Packed an item in a cardboard box them with one layer of parcel film. Delivery driver came and said nothing, no messages, delivered perfectly fine. Week later I get a £10 charge as “the item was I inappropriately packaged”. Bunch of thieves, no attempt at all to show any proof from TNT there was a problem, no attempt to resolve the issue, they just wanted the fee. Last time I will use them.
