I paid for the parcel, I picked it up and sent it ,later it was lost for half a year, then they sent parcel it back and sent another inv. for £ 99 to pay, I do not recommend and do not send them with them because you will lose a lot of nerves and money

Send goods packaged in a solid plastic crate, then charged extra because it wasn't wrapped in cardboard. If this was the case then why wasn't made very clear as I could find anywhere that was the rule. Won't use again

Parcel arrived damaged and bits missing. Looked like it was just thrown in the vehicle.

The Del Boy and Rodney of Parcel delivery. There is no way on earth that this company should score a 4.5. I am in the retail business and Interparcel are often the butt of jokes at conferences and seminars that I attend. “Your about as reliable as Interparcel!” Both myself and at least 20 Of my fellow retailers refuse to use Interparcel. They are clearly encouraging the successful deliveries to leave positive reviews.

My parcel was expected to arrive in 3 working days, however it sat in the Spanish depot for weeks with no communication. After my enquiry, I was informed there was insufficient paperwork. I was asked to produce an invoice which I didn't have as it was a present with no cost involved. Finally, after almost 6 weeks the parcel was returned to me, the sender. So I had the expense of sending a parcel to myself. Improved information when packaging re paperwork would be very helpful.

Sent my mother in law's laptop back after fixing it. Screen smashed despite extreme packaging, so it must have taken a huge hit. Interparcel fobbed me off by claiming it was my fault for sending it as it's on the "restricted list" - which it turns out includes almost anything. Disgusting treatment. If I'd have taken the extra insurance this still wouldn't have been valid, but they'd have taken it for sure. I'm completely dissatisfied with this service, and the way I was fobbed off, and certainly will not use it again, or recommend it to anyone.

hi i went to drop my parcel off at stragglethorpe crossroads radcliffe ng122ju but they scaned it and said give it back to driver ,so thought iwould take it back next day but same staff said same thing. so had to ask my daughter to take it as was at work and they said same thing and was not interested so my daughter got had to cntact you and you said take it to another drop off point so she had to go to cotgrave and they were great no probs.the amount of petrol and time to take one parcel its a joke,plese could you look at stragglethorpe

Unfortunately, a package sent to Belgium over 2 months ago appeared to be held up in customs. I understand problems can occur, but the inability of Interparcel to deal with or even attempt to resolve the problem has been woeful. I have now joined the rank of online reviewers who wishes they could leave a no star review!

I left this review on Trust Pilot last week - you inboxed me and asked for a review - Incidentally, up to today's date, I still have no idea where my package is. Dead to me - one star is still too much Hello I have been on the phone with your employees for this entire week, trying to get a package collected. This package was booked and paid for on Thursday last - June 3. The collection date was set for Monday. Package was prepared and left at the reception area since Friday 4th. Every single day that has passed I have contacted your customer service line because I have had several delayed collections from you before......only to be told repeatedly that the package was set for collection that day. On one day I was even told that the driver came and the package was not ready....a damnable lie since it has been sat at the reception area for near a week and is quite visible to anyone who enters the building. I have a customer waiting for this item who has been in contact with me every day asking me what the delay is and I simply have run out of words. I am now faced with affording the customer a discount and possibly giving him the item free of charge in order that my reputation is not negatively impacted.....something, I take it your company cares little about - your reputation that is. Sadly, apologies will not do - your colleagues have done nothing but apologise. I will attempt to get my package to the customer another way. I think a refund is in order and please, do not insult me by sending me any more marketing emails. Your company has now become as dead to me as Hermes. RIP.

I decided to use the parcel locker as there was one very near to where I live. When I got there the locker was out of action. And as you cannot change the mode of posting I had to drive to the next nearest one. I was not happy. If I'd known the locker was out of action I would have selected a different way of posting, probably going to a nearby shop which i know would be open. I won't use this method again.

Was very good then waited 4 days for a next day delivery x 2. Phoned them daily and on one particular day they told me the large parcels were collected when clearly they are still outside on view of my security cameras.

Twice in the last month they have failed to tell me / call me /email me that my parcel hasn't been collected. My client had to call and tell me. I called Customer service and they said there is no guarantee for next day service even though I paid premium price. There is also no system in place where there is someone checking if items have been collected and delivered. It took me to call them to check their system. I was offered to rebook or a refund but in the same breath said if I rebook there is no guarantee they (DPD) will collect. Shoddy. Won't be using them again.

Absolutely rubbish service, charged another £5 for nothing, the parcel still not delivered. I can't recommend this service!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Dreadful service my parcel is still not delivered after 7 weeks. Company claims they are not responsible for chasing up orders or making sure deliveries are inline with service purchased. Worst customer service ever.

I recently sent a parcel and it was returned due to EU bureaucracy regulations, and throughout the experience of being given information from interparcel customer service was either misleading or incorrect and when interparcel knowingly make mistake or customer service don’t do their job correctly, they won’t accept liability even though customer services and other departments make mistakes, I was given incorrect information, I was sent email asking for information that wasn’t even relevant to my parcel, I was receiving phone calls from UPS asking for authorisation letter, which interparcel should of submitted and I had to phone interparcel to ask why they hadn’t carried out the request I asked 5 days previously to submit letter to UPS, I was told, new staff member made mistake, and all you get is apology after apology, and their mistakes cost me money and they accept no liability if they make mistake. so if ever use interparcel and things go wrong, they go wrong spectacular and 99% when it goes wrong, it’s because of the incompetent staff at interparcel

GB0200839504 This is a live reference number, I am awaiting delivery, however when I enter this on interparcel tracking app all I get No information from Tuffnel Which seems they off load to 3rd party courier. Where is my purchase????????
