First time I have used them, and it will be the last. Booked and paid for a service to return some clothing to a PO BOX which the system allowed me to do and took my money. My parcel bounced round for a few days and was then returned back to me! Buried in their T's and C's it does say that they cannot deliver to a PO BOX, but their system still allows it to be inputted. One other thing: the tracking link that is supplied is as useful as a handbrake on a canoe. My parcel said it was delayed for 24 hours....for about 4 days. If your parcel arrives with no problems, you might be alright with this lot, but if you hit a snag, do not expect any help from them. My advice: look elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. If there are any issues (and as you can see below there are plenty) they will wash their hands of the situation. Go direct to the courier.

Here's the latest in a long list of failures by Interparcel. We've been begrudgingly dealing with them for over a year now because it's the only way we can access a particular shipping service we need. If we could use someone else we would do so in a heartbeat. I cannot describe how much I hate giving this company our hard earned money. Collection booked for Monday 21st December. Collection failed (no show). Collection rebooked for Tuesday 22nd December. Contacted on the morning of Tuesday 22nd December to check the collection was going ahead. Advised collection was going ahead. Contacted on the afternoon of Tuesday 22nd December to check the collection was still going ahead. Advised that collection had failed (no show). Advised that we'd missed the cut off time for rebooking collection the following day (23rd December). Advised that they cannot rebook for collection now until 29th. "Computer says no" attitude. No interest in going out of their way to help. No interest in exercising any level of customer service beyond reading words off a screen. No acknowledgement of the pitifully poor level of service they're providing. Their only interest is in shifting blame which they do very effectively, always blaming the courier. Never willing to accept that they could have done any more to prevent the situation. This tells you all you need to know about Interparcel; the buck never stops with them and they'll deflect blame until blue in the face. So through no fault of our own, a collection that was booked in for the 21st, that failed on the 21st, and that failed again on the 22nd despite receiving reassurances that everything was ok, will now not be rebooked on the 23rd either, and won't be rebooked now until the 29th. ...And it'll almost certainly fail on the 29th as well. Why? ....because it's Interparcel. Why try harder when you've got a million in the bank eh?

Collection for a large parcel was booked for Friday. The driver did not arrive. When I rang I was told they run out of time. Rebooked for Monday, waited in all day again and still didn’t arrive! 2 full days waiting in the house for someone that didn’t come. I took a holiday off work for this! Will never use Interparcel again!

On collection strange van picked up without delivery note. I did not know who they were... chasing the head office they confirmed pallet is with them. Trough out tracking was not visible/ available ....every time I wanted to check on the pallet, I had to call head office and trust what I am told. I was given 3 days slot for the delivery at start. Driver turned up without any notification and refused to wait few minutes for someone to come. Who can in but expect client to wait for 3 consecutive days at home??? Now Interparcel charging for redelivery despite there was no way we could know when to be at the property. Whilst disputing the charge interparcel increasing the amount and sending scary letters about solicitors. Appalling service stressful experience!!!

Do not use Inter Parcel their customer service is atrocious their delivery is not what they promise I paid for a priority service with FedEx and called before I paid and they told me yes you will arrive as stated in this is why you pay extra however the package did not arrive within the timeframe and I paid double the price absolute scam. Next time I will record The conversation and add the video to the link below

**DO NOT USE INTERPARCEL TO SEND INTERNATIONALLY** Our business sends around 100 packages a month with Parcel Monkey, Interparcel and directly with couriers - we've had to endure Interparcel's shocking customer service over the last couple of months. Interparcel don't advertise this but they refuse to allow couriers to charge their account for any customs fees. So if for whatever reason the customer is unable to pay the customs fees (eg if Fedex don't leave a card) then you are unable to have the package delivered and it is returned to sender at your expense! Even if you offer to pre-pay the fees to Interparcel they still refuse. This happened recently and Interparcel were totally unhelpful. You're unable to speak directly with the courier (they will only speak to Interparcel) and Interparcel will simply hang up on you instead of waiting on the line to speak to the courier. There is literally no way to pay the fees and get the package delivered if the customer isn't contacted by the courier (as often happens). I would **STRONGLY** advise against using Interparcel for any international shipments. Save yourself the time and money and ship directly with the couriers (which now offer the same rates) or use Parcel Monkey (often better rates than Interparcel).

After 5 attempts to collect my parcel using 2 different couriers you still didn't collect it. I had to take the item myself. To Norwich as it's my reputation at stake.

The fact that months after I have used the inter[arcel service, I have now been asked to rate them, is in lne with the service I received which was slow and incorrect. I had at least 5 customer service e mails telling me that my items would be colledted on a ceratain day, none of which transpired. It went on for over a week before I managed to prersuade an inerparcel nominated courer, who was deliverng to me, to take it for me, even though he said he wasn't supposed to, but basically that van driver was the only really helpful person in the chain.

Sent a valuable camera with them on a next day service. Two weeks later its has been returned, looking like it has been thrown about, walked over, stamped on, passed through endless vehicles and depots. To add insult to injury, Interparcel refuse to refund the cost of the original purchase. I have been using them years, sending hundreds of parcels with them and spending many thousands of pounds. I have always considered them to be a great company, but they are let down by appalling customer service. I refuse to use them any more.

Sent a package and got it delivered back to myself the week after. It was a niece's birthday present and now won't get there in time. Customer service is as useful as a solar powered torch. DO NOT USE!
