I just spoke with someone on the online chat called Becky who was fantastic and who helped me to locate my proof of signature (which I left today on a signed for item) - which I needed to resolve an issue with parcelforce and Mattressman who have a signature for an item delivered today that was written fraudulently by someone else.

A friend recommended Interparcel and I have found it useful for the bits and pieces we send. With parcel deliveries you only tend to find out how good they are when you hit a problem. Got a good service from Becky Blythe when delays forced a delivery drop point to be changed.

I changed from my usual parcel service provider to Interparcel because of the terrible service I received. So far Interparcel has provided great service and has been on top of things when it started to go wrong with the courier company. Customer services advisor James Giffen has kept me updated and Im glad to say, everything has turned out for the best. Thanks for your help and information.

inter parcel is a good cost effective parcel service. I needed some help today and used live chat, spoke online to Kayleigh who was super helpful and sorted my issue out within seconds (incidentally issue was entirely my fault i had booked the same parcel twice!!) great service

I have been using Interparcel for about 7 years, sending a few parcels weekly to locations throughout the UK. There is very rarely any need to ring customer service to sort out delivery issues, but when I have, they have sorted things out very efficiently. There is rarely much of a wait on the phone either. Contacting many organisations means waiting until you have at least fifteen minutes of spare time, which isn't the case with Interparcel customer services.

I contacted the customer service email address to request a POD for a consignment and within minutes I had received a response from Nicole Rowland confirming receipt of my email and requesting some additional information. I found Nicole to be extremely helpful and efficient and within hours my request had been dealt with. Excellent customer service! Thanks Nicole!

If it is honesty, integrety and above all else a reasonable cost go to Interparcel. ((BUT AVOID A NORTH WESTERN COMPANY PARTS TO GO? Like the proverbial plahue! Cost me over 200 pounds already to find how AWFUL they really are.) INTERPARCEL MAY BE SHANDY SUPPING SOUTHENERS,! But they fo hat you pay for! And do a bloody good job too!!
