“I have been using Interparcel for a few years now and find the service good and the website easy to use. Have mainly used the UPS service, but have also used TNT, City Link and Fedex for UK and overseas shipments. The non EU shipments automatically produce pro-forma invoices which is a good feature. They used to give 5% discount if you have an online account, but have sadly stopped that a while ago. I had to call to change delivery details a couple of times on bookings with no problems.”

“The interparcel website is quick and easy to use. But I don't always stick to the cheapest deals and tend to only use a couple of the couriers that I know deliver - in more ways than one! As long as things run smoothly this is a great website, the only time I have had a complaint is when parcels are lost and then no-one wants to go the extra mile to sort things out. The staff are very friendly but they just give you a bog standard 'I understand how you feel Mrs...' rather than a - let's see what we can do to get this put right answer! All in all, my preferred provider so they must be doing something right!”

“There has only been 2 late deliveries which sometimes I know this can happen but overall my customers have been very happy receiving their parcels on time. The prices are very reasonable and we will continue using Interparcel.”

“The website is easy to use. Once logged on you can use your address book to make the booking in of parcels easy. Also you can store card details to pake payment simple. we Use the UPS courier to the UK, as they are cheaper than using parcel2go.co.uk and seem to be the most reliable courier. Prices for Overseas via UPS are usually the same or more expensive than parcel2go so I use them instead as they provide a ?5 pre-pay discount on my account. Would be good to be cheaper on overseas parcels. I also send more than one parcel to the same address sometimes, but there is no discount for doing this via UPS. Would be good to get one.”

“I have been using Interparcel for some years now after a friend recommended them. The winning feature for me is their website, which is so easy to use and allows the user to see every offering from a wide range of couriers, and then select the one that best suits your particular requirement, be it speed, economy, security or whatever. Their services are delivered by market leaders like UPS and Fedex, but the price is better than a small user can obtain from these suppliers as they tend to favour large customers. They also offer economy services which I have also used with great success. Interparcel is also a customer friendly company who likes to hear customer feedback, and on the odd occasions I have had a problem, they have been very efficient following up and resolving my problem. Summing up, for any parcel requirement, Interparcel is always my first choice.”
