“Hello, I could not find system to book slot for multiple items at once. I had 4 boxes and I had to add them one by one which took me a lot of time. Hope to see such system soon.”

“Dear Jim, Interparcel is so quick and easy, my drop off point is only five minutes away, and when I request a collection the courier is here in the times I give. As long as I keep selling I will use Interparcel Jan”

“I have been using Interparcel for several years, and let me tell you that I have been comparing prices before I became their customer. I found them reliable and fast, and it's great to be able to track your parcel on the internet. I would really recommend them. If you are sending anything of value or anything that needs to arrive for sure, this is a much better way of sending it than using the Post Office services.”

“Quick and easy to use. The user interface is far less complicated than those offered by the couriers themselves. The address book is extremely useful to those like myself who ship to the same people regularly. Room for improvement would be a free text area on the commercial invoices so that tariff codes, IPR return statements etc can be added as I still have to create my own commercial invoices as these must be included and there is no way to do it via the website at the moment.”

“have been using interparcel for few years now, and is very much a part of my online business. the online system is 2nd nature and allows me to place an order within 2 mins which compared to their competitors is the best online service, as i have used and tried them all. the one and only criticism is price..! Im sure this has been raised many times with interparcel by regular customers, but online business is becoming more and more competitive and regular users of interparcel should maybe start to see some form of discount, i know that courier companys reduce the cost when picking up multiple shipments from one address, so why isn't this saving being passed on to interparcels loyal customers...???”

“We use this service regularly, overall very satisfied, however the customer services could be improved, as when we have come across a problem with non delivery we found it not so straight forward locating missing goods!”

“Had some worries with Hermes in the past but that's all change. Handy drop offs, Good tracking and even delivered my parcel on a Saturday. Most companies charge extra for this. Godd service & I will continue to use.”

“I like the fact that there is a choice of Couriers and services to use, and that the prices are generally very competitive. If you do need to contact them the staff are always friendly and efficient and will try their best to resolve any problem. E-mails are always responded to promptly and requests dealt with efficiently. The main thing is that deliveries are more than 99% reliable and get where they are supposed to on or before time. The only thing I would like to see improved is the booking system to make it possible to book several packages and only need to pay once for the aggregate cost.”

“Hi Thanks for asking me to review Interparcel. I use your website regularly it is a shame you do not offer frequent users a discount. You have changed the website slightly recently and I have noticed that I now have problems when putting in the postcode, it doesn't like it if you do not leave a space - even told me the courier did not collect my address - then I put a space in the post code and it was ok eg CM36AJ has to now be CM3 6AJ. It also has problems in the address if you use '-' or a '/' or 'No' 5 Sometimes when you are sending abroad the address does have '/' or No 5 or something like that and if you are not able to copy the address exactly may case a problem with the delivery. This is something that had only been a problem since the new system is in place. Hope this information helps. Other than my comments I am happy with the service provided. best wishes Michelle”

“Our company is very happy with Interparcel service, all drivers are very nice and the service is very efficient. The parcel is always delivered on time. We had only one accident when the parcel was damaged, but Interparcel did refund us into our Paypall account. The outside UK deliver is little bite more complicated and not always is delivered on time and sometime there are problem with finding the delivery address.”
