“I have been using interparcel for a couple of years now. My parcels are collected the same day and usually delivered the next day. In most cases it's cheaper than the post office and I don't have to carry bulky packages and line up for ages. It's an amazing service. Thank you interparcel”

“Im giving them 2 star as the courier booked through them hasnt turned up 2 days in a row. still waiting? I dont know who is more at fault interparcel or the courier 'City Link' but after complaining interparcel wouldnt even bump the delivery up from 2 day service to next day service!”

“We have used Interparcel for more than 6 years, during which time we have been very satisfied with the services offered. We mainly use interparcel to book UPS collections. The process of booking is very easy. Any minor problem, only a couple, encountered has been quickly dealt with, satisfactorily. Would thorough recommend Interparcel for business or personal sendings.”

“I regularly use your website to book courier collections and have noticed when opting for unguaranteed 48hr city link collection I have a better than average chance of having no collection at all. Your call centre girls have always been more than helpful, which helps, but after all it's not their fault drivers don't collect. On the other hand by paying extra for city link next day collection they seem reliable, obviously you get what you pay for BUT Hermes the cheapest of the lot have never failed to collect.”
