“First time I have used them after getting fed up with Parcel2go poor performance and woeful customer service. Web site seems fine. I would ideally like a FREE text advising a window on the day when to expect the collection rather than having to hang around all day. I will find out if they can deliver shortly...”

“Unusually today and only 10.30 in the morning , the collection driver has called to say that he has finished in my area and is now many miles away . "Is it alright if he picks up tomorrow at 9 -10 am ? I was able to say that this will be fine as the parcel was not urgent . Odd though from a company which had collection windows open until 5pm”

“I have been using Interparcel for many years mainly for my Ebay deliveries. Their web site is simple, clear and effective. I have never had a problem with the site itself, it all seems very efficient and well written. The few problems with the actual couriers have always been resolved quickly, seems like a well run back office. The rates they negotiate from their range of courier companies is usually better than or equal to their competitors and rarely beaten.”

“I found Interparcel extremely easy to use, with an excellent selection of services. I would not hesitate to use it again - it will certainly now be my courier of choice, as there are far more generous size and weight limits than my previous service provider, with very realistic pricing options.”

“I highly recommend Interparcel pick-up & delivery service because you get a high end efficient service at a very reasonable cost, parcel tracking included. Parcel was picked up late afternoon and delivered the very next day. Excellent, easy to understand website straight to check out. I would definitely use this service again should ever the need arise. 5*****”

“The front end side of things was excellent, very impressed. But when the parcel was not collected I really felt let down. Still waiting for it to be collected now! When I asked if some one had tried to collect it and I had missed them, the lady on the phone did not have the information and was only able to re-book the collection. I don't think I've missed them because I gave all my contact numbers and no one had called. Hopefully this is just a one off event, I will try them again next time because of the slick nature of the booking system.”

“We put our request in at 13:00 and they arrived to pick up the parcel within a couple of hours ... not at all bad when you consider we are out in the sticks!!! And all for a fantastically low price.... (so low I dont know how they do it!!!)”

“INTERPARCEL IS SIMPLE TO USE, AND GIVES A GOOD CHOICE OF COURIERS PRICES TO PICK FROM. EASY TO FILL IN FORM AND PRINT LABLES. I LIKE THE VERY FAIR PRICED INSURANCE CHOICES I CAN ADD WHICH GIVES ME EXTRA PEACE OF MIND WHEN SENDING HIGH VALUE ITEMS.”

“I was told about Inter-Parcel from a business friend and think it is one of the best services around. Before I had to have a contract with whoever the company was at the time and had to guarantee an amount of parcels each month.With Inter-Parcel I book when I have something to send ,the price is fair,no monthly accounts just pay by C.C. “Hadlow Marine have been using Interparcel from very early on and have been aware of the development of the company to what it is today. The staff have always been helpful whenever there is a problem and we are able to trust that we are getting the best possible service. If our clients ask us whom to use to get parcels delivered we always tell them to use Interparcel.”
