“Found the experience pleasant and the site easy to navigate. Paying with PayPal was a definite bonus and there was quite a few couriers to choose from. Only down side which may have been my fault, was that the delivery address was jumbled up although I'm confident that I filled the boxes out properly. I had to write the address out again on the package. Will consider using interparcel again over my usual choice. Nigel”

“I am keen on this company, despite being slightly dearer, just one pound or so. However, when it comes to the bulkier items and exact collection and drop off points, their service otpions are some of the most flexible on the market. I like it much if does not want staying or asking someone staying all day and you know it works, you can speak to someone straight away if fails. THOSE GUYS ARE OPPOSITE SIDE TO IPOSTPARCELS IN THE GOOD WAY.”

“having filled out the address to send my parcel to it was rejected because there were to many characters max 30.the full Romanian address is almost 50.i called livechat and was disconnected after about 20 seconds with no chance of reconnecting {it was 17.00 and I guess Charlie couldn't be bothered to reconnect!! } I hope my parcel arrives with the edited address.”

“the service is good and any questions are replyed to but if your parcell is damaged and bits missing and you want to make a claim good luck i am still waiting for compansation since 20/2/14”

“Very good prices on the large and medium parcels cheaper than Royal mail or whoever they are now and not so cheap on the small size parcels so still using Royal mail for that which is a pity also pity you do not do postage for letters as stamps are going up again.”

“The website had lots of easy to find information and I quickly found the right option for price and delivery date. I paid online and didn't need a printer. Hopefully, my parcel will be picked up and delivered as booked.”

“I have always recommended using Inter parcel to friends and family, as it has always been an excellent and efficient service when I have used it. The downside has always been an indefinite collection and delivery time, causing problems at either end sometimes. However, recently I was delighted to see the day could be divided into an am or pm collection. Unfortunately, my requested collection time was not adhered to and the courier was missed, Two phone calls later and the parcel was finally collected the following day. The good news is it arrived in time for a young boy's birthday. Sarah”

“Having been using Interparcel for nearly two years I am switching to using soley UPS. After a string of disasters with them including theft of a parcel their customer service response is diabolical. A young lady answered the phone who muttered her name too quickly for me to catch. When I told her that ?400 of stock had been taken by a driver she had a couldn't careless attitude. I then demanded to speak to her supervisor who was a little pleasenter but equally as ineffective. Despite promises to call back they never did. Eventually I sorted the matter myself by speaking to the courier company and threatening to get the please involved. If I owned the company the first employee would have been sacked on the spot.”

“I was after prices to send a couple of items that I was selling on ebay, and found Interparcel through Google. You simply enter where you are, the parcels destination, size and weight and it gives you all the options you could possibly want to chose from - loads that I would never have thought of looking for otherwise.”

“I had spent the entire day looking for a company to return my rug with no luck and was going slightly mad and getting very moody! I found this company on the Internet and rang in desperation and thank goodness I did as finally a real human being answered my call and helped me. Even when the email didn't connect to the site to make a booking I rang back, they answered straight away and sorted it out. I am happy, would definitely use them again.”

“What a service indeed! Trawling through the Internet of how to best send a 15kg parcel to Germany INTERPARCEL.com stood out - particularly as they offered, among others, also the well-known UPS service. I booked on a Friday night. The parcel was collected on the following Monday morning by a very efficient and charming TIM of UPS and a mere two days later it was received in Hamburg. While the package was in transit I was kept well-informed about its progress on my mobile. Thank you for a thoroughly splendid and professional service - we shall use interparcel.com again and will tell all our friends to do the same.”

“having found you on the internet ,I phoned and a very helpful lady took me through the whole process. this is my first time sending a large parcel, and she made it very easy for me to understand the process. however, I could not pay over the phone, and as I don't like putting my card details on my computer for fear of hacking, I was reluctant to do so, but was assured by her it was very safe. The price was so much cheaper I thought i had made a mistake, but no they quoted a price way below any other company. well done!”
