“interparcel is great for comparing courier services ad i use it a lot. it is the main rival to Parcel2go that i also use. However, i stopped using Parcel2go when i had a problem and could not find a phone number for them anywhere. Interparcel, however, are contactable. However, i have had a problem with it saying my card is declined when there's nothing wrong with my card. i was only able to resolve this by phoning them up.”

“so every time i send a laptop i tick the box to say im aware of the cover policy, i put in big capital letters im aware of cover policy, yet every time this is all ignored and i get an email saying "are you aware of our cover policy?"!!!!!!! every time i say yes, please read your own order form and stop sending me this yet i still keep getting it, what is the point of the tick box and the notes if they are ignored!? also the new sms option, why is the not defaulted to no? why does is demand that i select an option! its done nothing other than slow down the process”

“I have been using this service now for a number of years. I have never had any complaints. I use them regularly to send boxes to my daughter in Italy They always arrive safely and I do not consider the service to be too expensive. Thank you.”

“Collected on time in Essex, delivered next working day in Scotland for under ?10 - pretty good value for a 19kg parcel. Now I know they're there, I shall definitely use them again.”

“Great way of sending a parcel and cheaper than taking to the post office. I dropped off at a local shop so no waiting in all day for a courier. Price was great and tracking information also very reassuring.”

“Your service is quite good. We need SMS service when your man is around for collection .Calling you 0n 0845 number incase of concerns or queries is horrendous as it is even more expensive than sendig a parcel.THINK about this pls. Big thank you to all interparcel staff”

“Never used the service before, but now feel that I have been ripped off by other courier services in the past. I arranged collection online at 10:30am, the parcel was picked up by 12:30 and then at 10:10 the next morning I had a text to say that the parcel was delivered. It could not have been simpler.”

“We use Interparcel to deliver some of our more delicate orders. They always arrive on time and in good condition we chose UPS as they offer a great next day delivery. Have used TNT in the passed but weren't as impressed.”

“ONCE AGAIN I USE INTERPARCEL FOR A PACKAGE BEING SENT TO USA. INTERPARCEL IS BOTH FAST AND CONVENIENT TO USE ON THE INTERNET AND I ALWAYS FIND THEIR SERVICE EASY AND STRAIGHTFORWARD TO USE.”
