“Wanted a courier to deliver some fishing rods, went on their website and put in the sizes and out came a price. Took less than 10 minutes including printing the labels they created. The website was easy to use, step by step instructions and it told you if you missed anything.”

“I have used you before and intended to go on using you for a new business that has lots of parcels but I sent 9723814 and they did not send the barcode label. There was a message "barcode label not ready" I'm completely stuck....Ican't get on line again before Monday and the carriers are coming Monday morning...I tried your number 08719 112113 and a recorded voice said "try again MONDAY MORNING!!!! Yours Brian Rankin”

“Arranging a delivery online was simple and straightforward. I paid ?9 to deliver a box weighing 12kg. Communication from Interparcel by email has been good including instructions, a reference to provide Parcelforce with, and a label to print off and attach to the item. Dropped it off at my local Parcelforce depot and it was delivered within three days. Tracking information on Interparcel.com shows me it would have been two if the recipient had been there to receive it. I'm truly impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again based on this experience.”

“I have used Interparcel on a number of occasions and have never experienced any difficulties whatsoever. There are many delivery options to chose from and, of course, price ranges to suit everyone's needs. I will certainly use the service in the future and I have no reservations in recommending it to others.”

“I wanted to send a parcel to a family member in Greece and found Interparcel on line. It was so easy to complete and pay for.The item was picked up when they said,I could track where my parcel was and it was delivered safe and in perfect condition within the time stated.I would definately use them again and recommend them to friends and family.”

“I was sending two boxes internationally for return to a manufacturer in the US. This was ticked on the online form however I did not receive the proper return form for the US. I did however get everything else that was required. I phoned Fedex the next day and eventually sorted it out. It would be good for the future if the online program could detect a US return and spit out the standard form. On a more positive note the courier came for pickup in less than an hour from my stated time...actually 15 minutes early! :-)”
