“I have been using Interparcel for over 7 years when I have to post out orders overseas and highly recommend their services. It's so easy all I do is pack my product. Pick how I want to sent it. Pay. Then sit back and wait for the courier to collect it. My customer is always satisfied with the delivery time and I have never had an order go missing or arrive damaged. The website is user friendly, simple and easy to navigate. My business has been running for 9 years and I will continue to use Interparcel when I ship overseas.”

“Interparcel are a very good company (and a very good idea!). For those of you reading this that have not yet used interparcel, they are a go-between for a number of different courier companies. Basically, they give you a choice of 3 or 4 different companies all on the same page, allowing you to chose your company, pickup time, delivery day, and whether or not you need to print labels. The delivery options are pretty much fully covered, with next day, 2-3 days or specialist timed services. Once booked and paid for, the courier for the particular company you selected, shows up and collects your parcel, progressing it through that companys system. Tracking of the parcel can either be performed through interparcel's website, or the company that collected it's website. They handle the requirements for my business very well indeed, i use them on average, at least weekly. With access to many different courier options, and flexibility for just about anything I have ever needed, I have stopped using my regular (explosive?) courier account in favour of Interparcel. Courier collections are always prompt, drivers are always nice and deliveries have always been on time and the price is very competitive. Other online courier companies aren't too "upfront" about their prices, one example is the "cartoon man" if you know what I mean.....book with them and the price you get at the beginning doesn't include anything. You'll need to add money for signatures, collection times, insurance (any), labels, and it all adds up. Interparcel's prices seem to be inclusive of pretty much everything except extended insurance - which isn't always needed so it should be an option. If I had one constructive critisism, it would be perhaps to have a couple of other companies on their books to give even greater choice. Overall, 5 stars, give them a go!”

“I had a really awkward shaped parcel to send from Sussex to London. It was a waterproof boot liner which protected the car from water damage when carrying wet diving equipment.. Post office could not help, a search on the internet found Interparcle who got me a really good price from TNT. Rolled the boot liner up, printed the package label and submitted the request at midday, lorry collected the package at 1pm with a next day delivery. 10 quid plus VAT Result. Very happy customer”

“This is a really good idea. It saves you having to shop around for the best deal and does all the hard work for you. The online booking system is easy to use and even supplies address labels. There is also a facility to arrange delivery notification to the parcel sender or recipient by text to their mobile phone. An excellent service.”

“I needed to get a parcel from North Wales to Warwickshire and the parcel was too big for me to carry to Post Office. I found INTERPARCEL on web site, and the procedure was as easy as A,B,C. completed easy to follow instructions,then had a choice of courier services.Price was reasonable, collection and delivery done with minimal delay.”

“As a business we have been using Interparcel now for over 12 months for the shipping of boxed electronic components through out the UK and overseas without any issue. We have even used interparcel to Import Goods too, where we have forwarded the consignment notes to our suppliers to put on their boxes. Their prices are very attractive, and the service is simple and straightforward to use.”
