Terrible services, try to rip people off continuously will never use again. Saying my parcels weren't packaged correctly but even with a letter from the collection company TNT stating it was packaged correctly and they haven't added any additional charges they are trying to get more money saying it wasn't. Fraudsters and con artists of a company. People stay away from them.

Been using these guys for some time now to have goods delivered in and around London same day . Beware SAME DAY can most likey take a full day , they collect my recent parcel before 10am and it was attempted delivery 6pm to my cleint , there was obviously no one to sign for it , so it went back to the depot, it sae there for 7 days and i was not made aware of this . After a few calls later they managed to track the parcel and promised a redelivery which they want to charge for again . They have used the old tracking details and tell me the parcel has been delivered , My clients still have not received their parcel and my main contact at this firm has difficulty in replying to emails and responding generally . I mean this a mess from the start its fine when its all going well , but when these guys mess up then it is a major issue dealing with them . THEY WILL NOT CALL ANYONE BACK and when you ask the operator to put you through to the person your dealing with , they simply wont . There is a mojor flaw in their organistion and your left with no answers and no way forward . This company is a major liabiltiy and cannot be trusted . If they get their act together and help fixed these simple issue then that means they are doing their job properly, but i have learnt so much in the last few days and im not sure they are capable of doing so .

AN UNBELIEVABLY SHAMBOLIC SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE! On 30/12/2018 Interparcel accepted my online order for the delivery of a parcel from the UK to Amazon Germany via their agent Hermes. Hermes attempted the delivery, but as Amazon Germany does not accept deliveries from Hermes in Germany, the parcel needs to be returned to me. Hermes have been in possession of my parcel for 17 days today (18/01/2019). The parcel already has spent an entire week back in the UK inside Hermes's routing system. Interparcel advised that it could take another two weeks before the parcel is finally returned to me. Interparcel's Customer Relations Team is not accepting ANY responsibility advising me and I quote (with all spelling errors remaining): "Amazon at this location will refuse deliveries from Hermes and in instances such as these you would need to check with the delivery address prior to booking. In this way it would be the senders responsibility in all instances to ensure the delivery address will accept the delivery. As Amazon refuse Hermes parcels at this address we would not be able to offer a refund on this occasion." Right. Interparcel and Hermes cannot be bothered to update and maintain their booking systems with addressees such as Amazon Germany, who do not take deliveries from them. But Interparcel and Hermes happily take your money, make you wait for a whole month before returning the parcel (if you are so lucky!), tell you it's all your fault and that you are not entitled to a refund either. An upright middle finger could not have made matters worse. You would think that such unreasonable argumentation and reckless behaviour would at least be covered by Interparcel's terms & condition. Think again! Interparcel hides behind the following 2 terms: 1) SELF-TRACKING SERVICE Interparcel operates as a SELF-TRACKING service. They argued that I should have contacted them BEFORE the parcel left the UK as they could have intervened at that stage. But why would anybody do that at a stage when the tracking history shows nothing untoward? Is Interparcel expecting its clients to be clairvoyants too? Only once Hermes attempted the delivery did the tracking history show irregular entries. But by that stage all grounds for a refund are being denied by Interparcel. 2) “door to door” Interparcel services are generally offered “door to door”. Interparcel argue this means that it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the addressee accepts deliveries from Interparcel’s agent. Not only is it completely unreasonable to aspect customers to carry our such checks, it is also reckless to argue that services offered “door to door” are services provided under the proviso that customers carry our such checks. I intend to update this review, if possible, fearing that I still have not witnessed the full extent of Interparcel’s and Hermes’s shambolic services on this particular order. Why it can take 14 days to return a parcel: Date Time Event Location Sat 19th Jan 03:09 Returned to Client Hub Friedewald Sat 19th Jan 02:38 Processed at INT Hub Hub Friedewald Sat 19th Jan 02:38 Received at the INT Depot Hub Friedewald Fri 18th Jan 18:58 Processed at INT Hub Hub Hückelhoven Fri 18th Jan 18:58 Processed at INT Hub Hub Hückelhoven We 16th Jan 06:47 Receipt at Hub Northern Hub Mo 14th Jan 01:08 Return - Processed By Hub Rugby Hub Fri 11th Jan 01:57 Return - Processed By Hub Fri 11th Jan 01:57 Return - Processed By Hub Th 10th Jan 15:41 Return - Processed By Hub Hub Friedewald Let's review the above self-tracking extract of the last 10 days: 10/01/2019: return process started by Hermes in GERMANY 14/01/2019: received at Hermes in the UK 19/01/2019: received at Hermes in GERMANY Whilst Hermes is playing ping-pong with my parcel between their UK and German hubs, Interparcel decides to show my parcel as returned to me, whilst it clearly is showing as located at Hermes's Friedewald Hub in Germany! No wonder it takes 14 working days to return a parcel! In order to hide their SHAMBOLIC SHENANIGANS Interparcel today decided to stop the self-tracking service for my parcel. Interparcel's response below raises the following question: Why do Interparcel still take online bookings for deliveries to Amazon Germany via Hermes, if Interparcel have known for years that Amazon Germany will not accept these parcels? The answer is simple: Interparcel takes your money and does not care to maintain their booking system in order to prevent such failures. It is so much easier for Interparcel to make it mine, yours and each other customers' responsibility to check that a company like Amazon accepts deliveries from Hermes at a specific location. Update 9th Febuary 2019: Finally, after more than a month, Interparcel admitted that they lost my parcel and informed me that it could take 28 days to receive a final conclusion on my claim for compensation ... AN UNBELIEVABLY SHAMBOLIC SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE!

Do not use. Items lost (probably stolen), will not refund for their breach of contract. I suspect their business model relies on underhand behavior!

Rubbish customer services. I paid to deliver my important documents for 3 days service & they said it will be delivered on day 6. Don't use Inter parcel We batter use direct Currier company rather then using this kind of commission agents.

Quite the most terrible service to a customer who has used interparcel for many years and spent thousands of pounds with your company. Incredibly poor communications and ignored emails and then I receive a return charge of £14.00 to which the company wont waive despite saying that I received no correspondence relating to the matter. Very commercially naive practice which unless redressed will loose the company my business.

It looks like Interparcel have hit the self-destruct button. I've been happily using them for 2 years but suddenly their Gestapo-like "Revenue protection department" has started bombarding me with emails falsely accusing me of sending parcels not wrapped in cardboard. They want to extort money for this, between about £5 and £15 a time. I guess the ship is sinking and they're grasping at straws. See you in court Interparcel!

I am surprised that Interparcel is still in business or rather allowed to operate. Sent a parcel with them over 10 weeks ago the parcel never arrived have received e mails from Interparcel saying they are waiting to hear from DVP. Can’t believe that when you call them you are greeted by an operator saying Hiya. I think the only way to get some satisfaction now is to report them to Rip Off Britain and some of the other television companies exposing con companies which Interparcel most definitely are.

Paid for insured next day delivery. They didn’t pick it up from the drop off shop until 4 days later and was delivered after 6 days. Customer service said sorry, but it’s not guaranteed. Quite frankly it would have been better to use the post office. Not good enough

Have been using Interparcel for a while now not had any issues other than the odd late parcel or no show from courier. Recently sent a Consignment with them a set of small wheels which were wrapped in cardboard as pairs and then Cling wrapped for extra support (wheels were strapped so wouldn't move from each other. Booked the collection and advised the customer of price of shipping, they were collected and delivered. Two weeks later receive an email stating there is a surcharge of £18 as the consignment was not wrapped to their guide lines in "cardboard". I called them to advise this is wrong and was told they can't deal with it as they only take payment and need to write or send an email to their Revenue protection department which wont accept calls(i wonder why). I did ask for proof of the items not being packaged as to guideline but none has been provided, just demands of payment. Now they are threatening with legal action. I will no longer use Interparcel for any of my courier needs and will start to use somebody else. If i could give them 0 stars i would.
