Don't even think of using these guys. Hopeless service altogether. When I did the booking with these guys, they said that my parcel will be delivered by 22nd Dec 2018. and paid 165 dollars for delivery. Now nearly after three weeks they are asking more money to returned the parcel back to the sender as they failed to deliver ontime. What a ridiculous service. Don't believe what they show on their website. Big bunch of lairs. *****DON'T EVER USE THEM***** Altogether I lost Parcel valued $360 + Inter parcel fees $165. Return flight to the country starting from $440. You can make the call.

PLEASE LISTEN - AVOID AVOID AVOID They're not even worth the 1 star. They are paying for people to leave 5 star reviews, THEY ARE NOTHING THAT THE REVIEWS STATE. They lost our company parcel worth over £100 3-4 months ago and they have done absolutely nothing about it. UPS abandoned our parcel with no explanation at all. We have since had to refund the customer so we have lost out big time. I've been told I would get a call back and every time we have chased them, no one knows anything. I've spoken to James & to Amy and each one told me they would get back to me once they have chased our compensation. No one has got back to me but they continuously are sending us emails for payment of fees. No one has taken any responsibility or demonstrated any human decency in owning up that it is in fact an error on behalf of their non existent service. Oh, but they demand their fees. No logic. It's actually shocking. This isn't the first time either. There has been no compensation whatsoever even though we paid for parcel insurance and there has been no reimbursment on our delivery charges. They are now threatening US with legal action over £31.37 if we don't pay up within 7 days ?? At this stage, our company is looking to take legal action against Interparcel and I will personally be taking this matter further to trading standards also. I will not rest until they are shown for what they have put myself and others through. The legal threat against us for an error they have made is all I need to keep me fuelled. I hate injustice at any level, they've in all honesty, threatened the wrong company. absolutely appalling service to say the least. This is how they treat long term customers? AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. ROYAL MAIL has better deals and they have fantastic customer service. If I knew INTERPARCEL were this DISHONEST, I would never have used them. I should have listened to the bad reviews they usually get. All of a sudden, it's all 4 - 5 star reviews. It is 100% all paid for, they are not genuine reviews. A cheap way to regain reputation. Scroll back abit more through their reviews, you will see for yourself.

Parcel lost, lame excuses, no refund. Worst ever even tho i paid for contents insurance. Don't recommend to anyone.

My mother sent 3 packages 16+ days ago. UK to Germany. 2 arrived straight away. 1 has vanished. No solution. No refund. Just really poor excuses and vague promises to follow up every 3 days. Shocking customer service and terrible customer experience. Avoid this company.

wedesnday my parcel was out for delivery but no one delivery attempt was actually made. thursday an attempt was made to deliver it. despite a large sign requesting the driver to leave it with my neighbour he did not do so. friday I contact them and they are not going to attempt another deliver. it is at a post office. no one will tell me which post office as its apparently on the card they left me while trying to deliver it (no card was left). and now i have no idea where my package is

Used this company for the first time. Paid for a two day express service to Ireland, should have been there by December 20th and have just been told that my parcels will not be delivered until 24th (when the person will be away). they said although its not my fault they cannot offer a refund. Absolute disgrace.

DO NOT USE I would give zero stars but this was not an option. One star is far too generous for this appalling service. Customer service hours are shocking, when you can actually get hold of anyone you get told different things by each person you speak to. Ordered and paid for my service and no one turned up to pick it up. Its so bad its almost funny !!!! DO NOT USE

This company takes your money then eioes their hands of you and your parcel. Dont trust overnight services with this mob. You will be luvky if your parcel ever gets picked up. If you want to send oversras _ well thats another story. It ends up at the end of the earth with no paperwork. So it just sits there for weeks b4 anyone looks into it. Bloody useless company. Dont waste your time or money using them.

Absoulutely useless company from the top. An associate director calls and does not look into the problem of why i have requested to speak to them. Despite TNT taking my parcel to a wrong country and sitting with it from 22 August 2018 until 14 December 2018. Parcel did not get re-routed to correct destination but return. This company is all about booking and taking your money but do not provide any service. IF YOU EVER WANT TO HAVE A RIGHT WITH YOUR PARCEL, GO DIRECT TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY. PAY A PREMIUM AND AVOID SUCH COMPANIES WHO DO NOT CARE THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY TAKING MONEY TO THEM. INTERPARCEL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO THE WORST. YOU FINALLY LOSE ONE MORE CUSTOMER

A parcel I was trying to send wasn't collected and every time they "tried to collect" I had to contact them to try again - they wouldn't do it automatically. When they finally collected the parcel, it took forever to get to its destination country - and nobody even knows where it is now. Tracking says that the receiver was advised to collect it, but the receiver hasn't received any card or communication and Interparcel doesn't even have its partners by country on the website, so the only option is to go through every parcel company and ask if one of them might possibly have the parcel. The whole process was so long that I literally could have brought the parcel myself instead of sending it and it would have been with the receiver earlier.

Booked Hermes to collect on Tuesday, they didn’t, had to rebook On Thursday to collect on Friday, they didn’t again, finally collected after ringing Hermes direct on the Saturday leaving me with an angry customer for delivering his parcel 5 days later than scheduled

Scum. Pure criminal scum. Took my money, our 2 parcels of Christmas presents were stolen, and rather than help they blocked me on twitter, having refused to report the theft to the Police

Lovely people as costumer service but pick up is the worst I have even dealt with you need to stay home 6am to 9pm and the pick up van come after 7pm certainly great those who work at home or not working. Never using them again

Absolute shocking. Paid for a 24hour delivery. did not happen . Customer services inform me it is not a gauranted service., so no refund. I will not use you again ever. SHOCKING

Rip Off Company, trying to charge me an extra £15.00 for covering my parcel in shrink wrap to make it rain proof, how ridiculous is that, there's better company's around Parcel 2 Go etc, just google them

This company offered the worst service anyone could imagine! When I booked for my parcel to be picked up, they NEVER turned up! Then they rebooked another day, 3 days later, which was inconvenient for me, but they said that was the only day available! Then the parcel was picked up, and a week later when the parcel hadn’t arrived I rang Interparcel to ask where the parcel was, and they had no idea! They eventually tried to locate the parcel, to be told they had lost the parcel! But because I never took out insurance, I lost the value of the parcel! Take my advice, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are rude and useless when they’re incompetent with the service they are supposed to offer!!! I totally regret using this company.

Good Morning. I am sorry that there have been issues with your order. Unfortunately as extra transit cover was not purchased we could not offer a further claim than the included cover. I can see that we have refunded this for you along with the postage. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused to both you and your customer.

This is a JOKE company. I sent parcel twice with them, and none of the parcel reached the destination. The worst part is they didn't even refund me the postage fee (cost around GBP80). Their reason: the address given was wrong. However, we used RoyalMail, and the parcel reached destination with same address. I do not recommend this delivery company AT ALL.

I am sorry that you have had issues with your order. Unfortunately it was returned as the courier could not locate the address. I am very sorry about this and can only advise that you monitor the online tracking and contact us straight away if there is an issue so that extra information can be provided to assist with delivery.

They rebooked a courier delivery 5 times and each time the courier didn't collect. When you complain they just rebook again and again. Had to cancel with them and go somewhere more professional.
