I will NEVER use Interparcel again. Back up and customer service is non-existent. No interest in helping the customer or sorting issues. Any problem and everyone is to blame but themselves. Anyone reading this take heed - DO NOT USE INTERPARCEL and be warned, if there's a problem you're on your own.

No communication around lost parcel. Customer Service "with the amount of traffic that goes through our network, it's obviously a risk" ??

A parcel sent from the UK to Portugal was not delivered and Interparcel offered different and ridiculous explanations every time we contacted them to ask about the parcel. Either they are liars or completely incompetent, or both. No one tried to contact the sender or the receiver to solve the problem with the delivery and the parcel was sent back to the UK. completely ridiculous and awful service.

" POOR STANDARDS " Parcel lost by INTERPARCEL , CUSTOMER paid insurance , still making customer jump through hoops to get paid for loss caused by NEGLIGENT ACTION BY INTERPARCEL. CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR , DELIVERY SERVICE OFFERED POOR, DELAY PAYMENT OF LOSSES UP TO 1 MONTH FOR NO VALID REASON . WANTS YOU TO WAIVER ANY LIABILITY TO INTERPARCEL EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AT FAULT .... BREACH CONSUMER LAWS. Watch this company they do not offer a reasonable service and DO NOT HONOUR OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENT ACTIONS . YOUR PARCELS ARE NOT SAFE WITH THIS GROUP BEWARE !!

Booked in with Interparcel for Hermes to collect. Hermes didn't collect on the booked day and just requested a re-booking. Its then up to you to rebook a collection, and wait another day, and reprint the label. Strictly speaking, they could carry on for ever like that and not bother collecting your parcel at all, after you paid for the delivery! Poor customer service system, if they fail to collect (and that is bad enough in itself) they should automatically collect the next day I won't use them again, plenty others provide the same service

This is a organisation that’s lacks any service to paying customer, I paid for a 2 day delivery paid in good faith, took them 2 days to collect and 7 days to deliver, submitted 2complaints neither ever answered. They don’t care once you have paid avoid them.

I sent 12 items in 10 days and all lost lost all my money £200 and no explanation what went wrong i think they were STOLEN

Paid for a timed next day delivery, in fact the area was classed as a 2 day service. Interparcel will not refund the express portion of the shipping we paid. Awful customer service sadly.

Good Morning I am sorry that this arrived later than expected. Unfortunately the post code you sent to is classed as a 2 day area. We also do advise in our terms of use that certain areas in Scotland can take longer. Due to this we are unable to issue a refund on this occasion.

I recently sent 2 flight-cases with this company and god I was wrong to do so. A flight-case is a box made to keep things safe while traveling so it's square (easy to stack), it has handles (easy to move) and mine wore also empty (easy to handle)!!!! After I received them I got an e-mail (and we're up to five now with threats from them to take me to court and come & collect their money) that I have to pay double the amount I paid for shipping because the parcels wore not in a cardboard box!? What? Seriously? Why? Why would you put a flight-case made specially for easy handling & traveling in a cardboard box? It's beyond me, but hey, it's their policy! I would give this company 0 stars and advice anyone to read carefully their policy ( I know, you don't always have the time right? If so don't use them!!!) before sending anything with them! Shameful tactics! 0 stars from me!

Good Morning Paul I am sorry for the issues that you have had with this order. If an item is not sufficiently packaged it can result in extra charges as it may not be able to go on the conveyor belts and will require extra handling. I am very sorry about this but this charge will need to be paid.

I used this company to post a parcel to Italy with all the valid information. The items are for a disabled child. They did not post the parcel and keep asking for more money. This company is a fraud and there website is deceitful. Customer service is a disgrace. I never got my parcel back or refund. I will never recommend your company to anyone. If there is zero rate I will give than. This company should never be open.

I am sorry for the issues that you have had with this order. Unfortunately this was returned to us as the depot were having difficulties delivering. As we were not contacted in time the parcel is automatically returned to us and we are billed the return charges.

The times they quote when you book your service are not met. Twice I have had a delivery booked on an express service which has then been late. Avoid this company, they will do nothing to try to help you.

Received returns label via ebay with no indication who was the carrier. Tried to send it royal mail but not recognised by scanner. Had to pay to post item

NOT ONLY HAS MY PARCEL NOT BEEN COLLECTED AND SENT IN TIME BUT I HAD TO CHASE MY REFUND OTHEREISE I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAVE GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

absolute cowboys! I paid extra for insurance, they smashed up my parcel and refused to pay out on the insurance! Swear well clear from these crooks!
